Robotic Arm for Playing the Piano Design Program

• Designed the individual components and the shape of the mechanical arm.
• Innovated solutions to unexpected problems during the project, including the maintenance of the Robot system, the mechanization of the arm, the non-fluency of the music and the systems’ design.
• Achieved successful outcome: a mechanical arm which could play the piano naturally.
FANUC Industrial Robotics Project - TIG Welder
Oct. 2016 - Nov. 2016
• Adopted the FANUC robot for the welding procedures and completed the programming for the control system.
• Designed and built the necessary frames and components for this project.
• Completed the experiments of accurate welding by using the robot, simulated the automatically welding process of welding three metal tubes.
